DEPOSIT
Deposit of one month's rental is required. Minimum rental period is for one calender month.

INSURANCE
Charged at £3 per thousand value of goods in store, minimum £6 per month. Separate quotes for values on excess of £25,000.

CONDITIONS
Units are clean, dry and secure, with 24 hour security monitoring.

PADLOCKS
Padlocks: Mediu - £6.50 each (£5.53 + vat). Large- £8.50 each (7.23 + vat). Alternatively customers may provide their own suitable lock.

NOTICE
14 days written notice is required prior to vacation of the unit.

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1 pm on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays)
